Replacing Windows
Hi Guys,
Has anyone on Lomas or La Jara changed windows?. (I don't know if the windows in the Fadesa apartments are the same sizes.) The sun is normally full on at the back of my house throughout the day and it plays havoc with the windows. I have had one window stripped and painted with a resin ("Lasur") rather than varnish as the varnish just seems to lift off in the sun. It was a lot of work for just one window. Also, presumable to save cost, a number do not have "persianas" incorporated.
If you have had any of the windows changes I would be obliged if you would let me know - where they can be bought/cost/etc., I saw one PVC "Roble" window (120 * 120) with Persianas included for €410 in Bricomart.
