Property Maintenance Costs
Hi Everyone, first post. Apologies if this has been covered in-depth before. I can't find a search function when accessing the site on my tablet, perhaps on my PC there is?
I have recently began looking at the ins and outs of a potential apartment purchase in the Isla Canela/Punta Del Moral area. If I used as an example a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the Los Cisnes/Los Albatros/Gavilanes style developments could anyone be kind enough to give a reasonable idea of the costs of:
- Annual Suma/Council tax
- Annual Community/Factoring fees
- Annual Electricty costs (based on 3 months perceived occupation)
