They sell dog beds, in the chinese shop by the river, I don't know if they sell the plastic ones as well.

Thank you Jay218 I have seen material ones in both Chinese shops but not noticed the plastic ones. When I am next in town I will double check and see if I can find Zoo Pet.

All sorted, I had a few days away and picked up the sizes I wanted in Chiclana I had a nosy round Vejer de Frontera and Gibraltar.
