I see in the Eastern Algarve magazine that a Spanish Hotel group (Melia) is to build another 5-star hotel in Monte Gorda. In total an additional 23 hotels are being built along the Algarve.
Does anyone know their phone number in order to point out the benefits of the part built, with planning consent, 5 star hotel in Costa Esuri?

most of the times it's cheaper to build from scratch then to take over a halve build building being empty for the last 10 years. also the dreaming of € council of Ayamonte is wanting the tax from the last years on top the selling price what makes it even more difficult to buy
