Christmas Lunch - help please

Christmas Lunch - help please
HI
I have some friends who are here for Xmas as a family..... 3 generations together (great!)
They are 'globetrotters' - but would love to enjoy a family Christmas lunch, traditional with all the trimmings.
I know that there are often fantastic arrangements to get together as a big group, (like this year......) but they would like to go to a nice place - lively if possible, but celebrate as a family.
They are prepared to drive as far as say Faro - Albuferia even, (either direction)
I am looking in the Portugal news for them, but if anyone can help - and even recommend something - that would be great.
I am thinking Tavira and or Cabanas..... but as I say they can go further, obviously the closer the better if something is good.
Any ideas / recommendations, please?
Thanks in advance
Jon

I dont think its a traditional ''British" xmas meal with all the trimmings. This is the key requirement.
Weve tried the Hairy lemon, but fully booked, waiting on John's.... Cabanas.
I dont know the Brit/Irish bars in Tavira any names there please?
Thanks

I called them, they have it, but on xmas eve, closed xmas day. Traditional fare with some extras for those who don't fancy turkey. The menu will be finalised in a week or two. They are happy to email you when it is ready if you leave your address.
Note fyi that they have full disabled access, ramp + a disabled toilet.
Ive never been...
