Default Estate Agent Recommendation

Hi everyone - my wife and I are starting our home search in the Ayamonte area this summer as we are planning on permanently relocating to sunny Spain from Toronto, Canada. To that end, I am hoping that someone might have a recommendation for a good estate agent in the area.
Thank you so much in advance for your help. Cheers Chris

I endorse that,Michael has lived in the area for over 20 years he is very knowledgeable and reliable. He looks after the customer and helps with all the legal paperwork which can be very confusing to people unsure of Spanish Law.I have no problem recommending him.Good Luck

Another well known one in Ayamonte is Property Sale Spain

But I have not had any experience with them, and cant either recommend or 'diss' them. Just a well known company - and its always handy to have a few agents to look at when buying...

we have bought our apartment from Homes & Fincas and we had good experience including after sales from them

Karl (German) speaks; German, Spanish, Portuguese and English
Paco (Spanish) speaks; German, Spanish and English

they also use Gloria Crespo Dias as solicitor

Your first port of call should be to search the main Spanish internet property listing sites and also the main general " private" listing sites.

Not only will you get a far larger selection than any one estate agent can offer but you will quite possibly find the same property offered far cheaper.....

Suggest you set the search area to Huelva as you say you are looking in the Ayamonte area...... It will produce too many results but if you set it to Ayamonte you will often miss loads of property within 10 kms.

Good luck in your search.

Loco

PD. Above all if you find your ideal property use an INDEPENDANT lawyer whos specialism is real estate
