I thought I’d do an exercise video and managed to pull my back in the intro! I’m looking for a chiropractor any local recommendations would be great!!

Thanks!!!! The problem is I think I’m still 22 and having exercise for a couple of years!!!y husband did warn me but I wouldn’t listen! It was just the warm up lol
