Well, the last few weeks have opened my eyes to how many people there are from Wakefield headed out to Aus (and a lot of them to Brisbane or the Gold Coast! LOL ) & we have discussed before who would like to meet up - so here it is..............

Thought about Calder Island in Wakefield, maybe on a Sunday......??

The dates I will offer for a choice are:

Sunday 2nd April
Sunday 9th April
Sunday 16th April
Sunday 7th May

We are in Turkey saying "bye bye" to the rellies from 21st April until 5th May.......

Looks like 7th May for us Claire (Wakefield Trinity claimed the other dates OH

get off the m1 after woolley edge services (ı think its junction 39) and head towards wakefield..... keep going straıght for a few miles until you get to some traffıc lights - turn right & calder island is there.....

lol....at a recent sheffield meet, vanessa and darren arrived with vanessa clutching a 12 inch high kangaroo - my other half leant over to me and whispered 'are you expecting someone with a kangaroo?'

Sorted.................hat with corks on, boardies,thongs,sunnies and shouting 'where the bloody hell are you' only kidding. Hubby will probably wear his state of origin (or maybe his Brissie Bronco's) shirt and I will most likely wear me Lone Pine Koala t-shirt.
