Default Scots meet for children

Hi guys,

We have now booked up to go in June and our 10 yr old is a little apprehensive about the move so I have told him I'll try and arrange for him to meet some other children/teens who are also heading to Oz

Hence this post! Anyone with children who fancies meeting up after 10th may give us a shout, I also have a four yr old daughter.

Hopefully meeting some other kids will boost him up a bit.

Cheers

GOOD IDEA

We are off to "Perth" (The Hot ONE!) in July!

Our Boys are 8,7, & 4.

We live in Fife, and are open to suggestions for a meet.

We really need to get everyones location to arrange a central meeting Child Friendly, Weather Freindly Meet.

Cheers

Hi All,

Looking at our locations I think

Craigtoun Country Park
by St Andrews
Fife
KY16 8NX

Sounds Central for all of us and it looks like there is lots for the kids to do

Camperdown in Dundee we have been to and this is a good venue but a bit further to travel.

Obviously we want Aussie weather not British!

5,6 or 12,13 of May as a suggestion for dates.

We are heading for the Goldcoast in June. 9 weeks today It will be good for the kids to meet as I know my 10 yr old is a bit apprehensive. I think once we get there though he'll be fine.

I look forward to meeting you all in may And Paleface everyone invited the more the merrier.

I'll try and do a poll of where people would like to meet so post up some places and I'll put them into a poll!

Great idea Andrea. We'll come along if we can, my two loved meeting your little one the other week so I think it'll be fun.

For those who don't know me, we're in the Falkirk area and moving in July, our girls are 3 and 5 and super excited about moving to Aus.

Gill,
mental eh ? Three families within three miles of each other !! I hope this rule doesn't apply all over in the UK, or Oz is going to struggle to fit us all in. Best of luck with the move all, hope to be joining you all soon enough. ( with the weather out there today it cannae come too quick )
