Wanted: Leading Hand/Foreman - Perth, WA
We have new job requirements for experienced and trade qualified mechanics, with excellent customer service skills and lead role experience, to assist the Service Manager in running daily workshop operations.
Role
This is a hands-on mechanic role, with supervisory/leading hand duties. You will primarily be involved in overseeing mechanical work, diagnostics, and vehicle inspections, and will need to assist as well in frontline customer service work; maximising service sales and profitability by enhancing overall productivity through effective team management, follow up and efficient scheduling of work.

- Trade qualification as a Light Vehicle Motor Mechanic
- Minimum of 5 years' post apprenticeship work experience
- Previous experience in leading a small team of technicians
- Excellent customer service and selling skills
- Positive work ethic and strong motivation to excel
