Role

You are expected to be a hands-on leader; planning, delegating and scheduling work, coaching and assisting mechanics on the tools when needed. You will look after the development and retention of employees, as well as ensure customers' total satisfaction and attainment of store budgets and profit goals consistently.

Ideal Candidate

You have strong management experience in the automotive retail service industry, with solid employment history, excellent leadership, selling and customer service skills, high motivation to succeed, and a genuine interest to further develop your career. Also, you are a trade qualified motor mechanic that enables you to effectively and more credibly take charge of related job functions.
