I need help from all of you living in oz, perth or adelaide really.

I have just passed my TRA and maybe looking to get sponsered by a bakery company in the perth or adelaide areas, the only one I can find is "bakers delight"

can you join this thread and either give me a name of your local bakery or even better there web site address, I have done lots of searches and I keep drawing a blank

help is always appreciated

I buy Country Life Yeast free bread, found the link; but the bakery's in Victoria!

I dont know if that can help but i work next door to a bakers in switzerland whose mate moved to perth years ago and opened and is running a bakery. He is very successful and is making nice French / Swiss breads and Patisseries.. i know from talking to my neighbour that he is always looking for qualified bakers and seems to have trouble with the aussies. Please let me know if you would like me to ask him for this contact details.
