We've Sold And Are Going!! - Brisbane Hear We Come
Can't believe it but after nearly 2 years we are now heading off to sunny Brisbane. We exchanged Contracts on our house yesterday and are completing next Friday 19th September and have booked our flights for 22nd September. Aahh!
Pickfords are coming in on 18th September - let's just hope we are ready!
To all those waiting - your day really will come it's just a very long and stressful time coming.
If anyone wants to get in touch who's going to Brisbane soon we'd be very pleased to hear from you - we are heading to Cleveland initially. We have a 3 year old daughter Emma -so things are going to seem very odd to her - but to me as well!

we are off to brisbane hopefully end of nov just accepted
offer on our house today full asking price . They want to be in end of october, i havent stopped shaking yet. Now have to break the news to parents but wont be this weekend as they are having a 40th wedding celebration.

I know what you mean about the kids. Ours what quite upset that we couldn't pop out to the children's museum today.
Took a while to explain that said museum is in Boston MA and the number 411 doesn't go that far. I've no idea how to tell him he can't pop back from Perth to see his friends!
I asked him to promise that he would be good while were sorting the house to go. "Put your hand up and swear" I said so he dutifully raised his hand, looked me straight in the eye and said "Stupid".
