2. Hot water comes out of both taps.
3. You learn that a seat belt buckle makes a pretty good branding iron.

5. You discover that in February it only takes two fingers to drive your car.
6. You discover you can get sunburnt through the car window.
7. You discover a fear of metal car door handles.
8. You break into a sweat when you step outside at 7.30am

But it's not really that funny!
I remember all this well, I just can't remember how unfunny it is, but that's good, otherwise wouldn't be going.
Within a few months of arrival I'm sure I'll remember.
Though, what are you whinging about
We lived in Nullagine, in the Pilbara for 10 months. That is 100 kms from Marble Bar. The hottest place in Oz! it could be 50 degrees in the summer, but was usually 40-48.
And we didn't even have a pool (the shower was well used though)
Nah, just kidding, I know it gets TOO hot is Perth too. I'm very curious about how we'll cope. Might move down south after a while, I like the south west a lot. Just have to check out jobs...
