Aldi. Tweed Heads, Mermaid Waters, Varsity Lakes (I think) Westfield Helensvale. Take a bag because for some reason Aldi don't use them - this might be common knowledge but I've only been in one once.

But - what northernbird said.

Flour, eggs, milk - whisk, put in oven and 15-20 mins later you will have yorkshire puddings.

And much better than Aunt Bessie will ever be able to produce!

I agree and used to make the most fab yorkshires. Unfortunately I now have a totally crap oven and have more chance of seeing snow on the pool than having a yorkshire rise and cook properly :curse:

I have that problem - either that or I'm a cr*p cook ! The oven just seems to be HOT or barely warm, temp control doesn't seem to be very predictable, so I have to resort to just putting stuff in and hoping for the best

use equal amounts (i use 3/4 of a mug) of plain flour & milk, 2 eggs and a pinch of salt. Make sure you pre heat your tray (with a bit of veg oil) until the oil is realy spitting or even smoking. Excellent yorkshires everytime.
