appparently he has been offered his old job back. but reckons he will have to get mortgaged up to the hilt to get back on the housing ladder as thay have been renting since they got back to UK last Sept and they have spent loads arseing about. It makes me sick as I saw a cracking cruiser at the Fremantle boat show that was $100,000 just about the amount they have wasted I am going for a drink with him and some friends on Sat I dont know if I will be able to keep my mouth shut. |

Thinking of the money they have wasted - its more money than we could dream of having; the waste of the visas - when there are people on here who really want to move and settle in Oz, and the most disturbing of all, the effect on the kids. Moving house across the UK in my last year at school was disruptive enough, and my sister ploughed her 'O' level exams because of it. What they must have done to their poor kids doesn't bear thinking about. Hope they haven't any pets.......... |
