The Yellow Envelope Has Arrived....
Received today for Visa 139.
Timelines are as follows:- Application received in Adelaide - 5/6/03 Police checks front loaded Medicals requested - 8/9/03 Pre Grant Approval/Bond requested 7/11/03 Visa Grant 7/12/03 had to wait for Postman until 17/12/03 ! Please note everyone, because we front loaded our Police checks we only have until 3 May 04 to enter (this is the date we requested the clearances in England !) and we still have a house to sell ! Good luck to everyone else, going through the process. We had a great Case Officer and an excellent service. |

We finally went for medicals here in Adelaide last week as we are going overseas for a month and didn't want to delay the process if they asked for them while we were away. Will be sending Australian police checks to ASPC tomorrow (frontloaded overseas police checks). Who was your Case Officer ? Ours is apparently a lady named Serena Racar - although I haven't heard a thing from her yet. :( |
