Can I just say to anyone who is umming and arring about coming because they dont know anyone, We came to this last year having only being in the country for 4 weeks and knowing no one, and what abrilliant night with brilliant people! we made so many friends and everyone was so welcoming! cant wait for this year! so just bite the bullet and come along!!

Thank you Hannah and Amanda for posting this and for becoming a great ambassadors for Runaway Bay! Can I say it football club lol, We the committee of the club welcome you and your family and friends with open arms, As we all know moving from across that big sea is a emotional time regarding family and friends we wave good bye too, that’s why this sort of thing helps us all to make it work, new friends and shared understanding of where we have come from truly helps, and what better why then meeting up and finding new friends and having some fun. So people watch this space and get ready for the Word Cup and Santa all in one magical day. Ps can someone bring me a bag of proper pork scratching? Thanks Again Hannah and Amanda From Runaway Bay Soccer club.

Hi Hannah
I can say there will be at least 80 members from the football club attending and possibly Santa arriving in a helicopter because of lack of snow.
