Default X ray film to OZ

Hi all

Have to have an X ray for daughter next week and then send it to LCU sydney as Doctor doesnt send it. Anyone have experience of sending films special delivery by Royal Mail as cant send them via courier as this entails them being x rayed themselves which will destroy films.

Any help greatly received.

Thanks

Janet

Your panel doctor/radiologist is supposed to send your medicals and x-rays. Why is the doctor saying they don't send it?

Who told. you that story? Our x-rays (and those of many others on here) were sent by courier without any problems. We used DHL. Many people on here use Interparcel who then in turn use DHL. Booking through Interparcel is cheaper.

Interparcel website is here: http://www.interparcel.com/
For DHL, look in your local yellow pages and phone the local office.

Don't use Royal Mail, as there is a much greater chance of the x-rays getting lost.

I only spoke to Interparcel yesterday to query that exact problem, they said they would have to inspect the contents of the package before it was sealed, but only to confirm they are documents they wouldn't open the actual documents inside just the main packet. Really good service and costing only £20.
