I just looked at that, and the property prices are a puzzle...

5 Houses in my local area, priced at: $603,807 : $511,878 : $447,207 : $581,368 : $665,048

Anyone know why they are such odd numbers ?

Ones in my area all end "000" so all nice and round numbers...

Big numbers too, so won't be rushing to go get a mortgage soon ;)
