wow! what a bonus!
hi all
I've never really had much luck ahhh. But today i had a nice suprise! just over a year ago i brought my house off my expartner (the b*******) for a mere £39,000 (he brought it for same price 4 yrs earlier) i have had it valued today at £86,000! some people mignt think ahhh the poor man's been done, but let me tell u i see it as compensation for 8 yrs of hell!! i also gave him £5,000 cash at the time. We have a 6 yr old daughter he hardly sees and has just fidled his way out of paying maintainance. well this bit of luck is going to get my self and new husband and children a whole new life in oz, what a down payment on a new house! and they say there no such thing as justice. we are hoping to go to perth next June/july if all goes well, any one know what house prices are like there?
