Default Padbury???

Hi There, My husband and I and our 6yr old daughter arrived in Perth on 4th March 3003. We are renting at the moment but hoping to buy shortly. I woundered if anyone could advise me on what suburbs to avoid and which were nice. We too thought about Padbury. loving it so far
