Worried about your animals? Check this out!
Just in case you had any concerns about sending cats to Oz, here's a very recent picture of Branston, 3 months into Brisbane. Branston had quite a time of it at the quarantine animal hospital in Sydney when he first arrived. He's a 12 year old, diabetic, very poorly, very high maintenance cat. If he can make it, ANY catl can!
Following the recent increase in Brisbane temperatues, he was spending a great deal of time in the bath to try and keep cool, but now we've installed a small aircon unit in his room.
Chilled out or what!!!!

Thats just how my cat deals with the heat too. She spreads herself out as far as she can, never used to do that in UK always in a tight ball.

We did not have a pet in UK. We promised the kids a dog when we got settled, so here is our new addition, first time we have had a dog, and he is just gorgeous.

Awwwww...so sweet...he's about a third the size of our cat by the looks of things. You must be able to carry him in your handbag!
