World Culture Scores
 
Aussies read more and watch less TV than Poms. Obviously OZ culture is superior. Look, the stats prove it :D :

TV is so C_rap in Australia what do you expect. Prime you spend more time watching adds than the film.

If they put Titanic on Prime It would take about 2 days to watch the film.

All this proves is TV in the UK is better

To be fair, UK TV is far superior to its Aussie counterpart. :)

Though I do think they should scrap that ridiculous "TV license" thing. :rolleyes:

To be precise, it only pays for 3 BBC channels. The rest goes to the Beeb's other outlets (radio, Internet, etc.)

None of it goes to the four commercial channels, which pay their own way.

But if I don't pay it, I can't watch anything - even the commercial channels!

What's all that about? :confused:

Actually, I was knocking the value of statistics after reading something about the cost of living.

Does anyone really think Oz culture is superior to UK culture? I don't think so.

But before Vash gets upset, I'm not saying Aussies don't have culture (even though a lot of them fear they don't).
