Working in Vic
 

My hubby is finding it extremely difficult to secure a job in Victoria. He is an Electrica/Electronics Engineer but is at the moment, working as a photocopier technician in Shepparton. He was a consulting engineer before his move to Australia. He had applied to a "zillion" applications and has still not found one since his move there in November 2003. He is feeling very frustrated now and has thoughts of giving everything up and coming back home to Singapore. He feels that all the employment agencies are all crap.

Has anyone had any difficulty too and how did you over come this? :(
