work for plasterers
hi there...
posting in the hope that someone can give advice to my poor hubby on finding work as a plasterer, in either Adelaide or Sydney. Going out next year (hopefully) - I am a nurse and have no probs securing work in either city (offers currently on the table) but this all depends on whether him in doors can find work! Tried quite a few of the search engines on various pages, but no luck so far. We got the impression from family in Adelaide that there was laods of work in construction, but it seems plasterers arent (officially at least) in demand. Can anyone point us in the right direction?
Sincerely grateful.......:scared:

Solid Plasterer's are on the 'wanted' list for Victoria but i'm not sure about South Australia!

hi there!
Mark, Richard and Rach, thanks for the info!
hubby smiled, nodded and generally looked pleased when I read out your replies!!!!
We are in the throes of debating the best option before applying at the moment. As a nurse I have made enquiries and have had several unofficial offers, but our main problem is the finances! we dont have property to sell so we have to save!! And as you know, plasterers and nurses dont get paid that much!!!!!!!!
But now we have some idea about him getting work, we will take it from there and see.
Thank you for taking the time to reply folks,it is very much appreciated...
