Work Experience
Newbie asking for more info on work experience.
Here goes. My fella has been in the same trade for nearly 18yrs. Vehicle Sprayer is on the MODL list. What I'm confused about is how to relate his work experience. He'll have no problems with references from past employers, and with the helpful advice on this site I've decided to compile the bulk of what's needed for the letterhead so they cut & paste and play with it. Luckily, everyone loves my fella and are happy to help.
What I'm confused about, is whether I need detailed job descriptions for each employer (4 companies), because it will just be repetitive. The only differences will arise from his last 6 years self-employment (still as Paint Sprayer). Can I do a job description for one company, then state something like 'as per blah blah' company? If that makes any sense.

Not saying you wont get help here,but the immigration forum deals with these kinda questions.maybe a bit slow but give it a try?
