Is it OLD or new?
If it is old, customs will inspect it with a fine toothcomb!!!!!! (WOODWORM)

I spoke to Allied Pickfords the other day, and so long as the wood is treated, stained, varnished, painted, etc, it will be fine, so they said.

There have been dozens of threads about this topic in the past few months. The only wood customs is interested in is unfinished or what you might use outside, like a patio set. For instance if you were moving a bunch of lumber for construction over. Wooden indoor furniture is not a problem at all.
