Our timeline is at http://www.austimeline.com/austime/a...yApp.jsp?id=51
AHC = Aus High Commission, London. It took about an hour to get the stamp put in this morning...BTW they only open between 9-11am.
And we both cant stop smiling....Off to the pub now to celebrate!

Hi Jasmin,
Alright, it's more of a large sticker than a stamp I suppose. It still looks fantasitic though!
We're doing nothing different - In true Aussie style, I just "took a sickie" to go to the offices in London as opposed to posting them.
Hangover - well, I did feel a bit rough this morning
VB still makes me laugh - I'm a Java programmer...(sad techie joke..)

Re: Woo Hoo!!!
The visa label is the same thing as the 'stamp' But that's only the evidence of the
visa - which you need to show the immigration officer and employers etc in Australia
- not the visa itself. Which is a good thing as otherwise you'd have real problems if
your passport was lost/stolen.

Re: Woo Hoo!!!
Hi Jeremy,
what would happen if you did loose or have your passport stolen?
Can you get a replacement?
