Default Winter Wonderland?

Woke up this morning to a picture postcard snowscape. It's great if you only have to look at it, but a bitch if you have to get to work. Train in was okay, but the snow was falling quite heavily in Surrey. I can see big problems getting home tonight (if at all). Enjoy the sunshine in Oz you lucky gits.

Its 7pm here, 26C still, I don't have aircon and the humidity is kicking in... at this precise moment I'd love some snow

Its been snowing here in Suffolk on and off all day, but its really heavy and laying. Looks fantastic! Kids are outside having snow ball fights (they're making the most of it), I'm about to get the cam corder out and get some shots (just in case we don't see snow for a while)!

Not sure what temp it is here now (9,25pm) - but at 6.30 it was still 32 c

Got aircon on - so cool indoors
35 tomorrow

I left UK 6 weeks ago, and as much as I love the sun, it was nice to have a White Christmas beautiful.

Lucky git, Cas

Where abouts on Kent coast are you? We're just outside Hythe on the edges of the Marsh.

It's snowing again now, looks like we're in for some more...

Just a dusting here in Godalming, Surrey, it's all gone now, and the sun is shining. I can't wait for those 30c temps in January and Feburary. Will I miss the snow? I didn't when we lived in KL!!

Enjoy the snow you UK east coasters!

You're only a few miles away from me then!

It's just stopped snowing here, but lying thick on the ground. Hope I can get to college tomorrow!

My college course tonight has been cancelled - dont know why as the snow all cleared, although we've had a bit more but not laying on the roads.

Sounds to me like the lecturers wanted a night off!!

(oh dear, I have assumed here that you are a student and not a lecturer!!!!!)
