I know you are a interested reader re the essay on civil disobedience by Walden - I think thats his name - its been 20 years since I read it. On Napolean Bonaparte have you read that great 'Aussie' writer Arthur Upfield with the half caste detective named after the emperor. He was the guy who first awoke my interest in Australia but when I came to Oz last year I couldn't find any of his books - shame I wanted to finish my collection. I reckon the one about swordfish is the best. Are they still for sale - is it just Adelaide that is ignorant.
