Well, not the Elephant Boy himself I'm
afraid..... it is actually the name of the elephant .
:)
Elephant Boy
was also a kids TV program in the 70's - based on the film with a
different adventure every week. At the start of every episode, the
little indian lad would call his elephant.
Now put on your best indian
accent and shout..
KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA LAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Quality stuff

Gotta say I have never
heard of it, An Indian woman I work with told me it was an Indian name
and meant Beaufifull, Think she was just trying to be nice but it made
me happy for the day. My whole name is
Kala Robertson-McNaught, drives
me crazy takes me 10 mins every time I call the bank or whatever and
they ask for my name spelling all 3 of them out

I use my nickname because I've got a bad case of it. Lived in 3
different countries already and can't seem to settle anywhere! Here's
hoping this affliction wears off when I get to Oz!

Although I have been shat on three times in my life by them (and am
convinced they are taking over the UK if not the World) I have this name
