Why doesnt Britain celebrate the Queen's Birthday?
Yet Australia does and gets a day off for free as well!!! We get well ripped off over here.
Any reason why this is? And why does WA have theirs later on in the year?
Another question, the UK ought to have a Australia Day type celebration as well, bring some cheer back to these gloomy islands. :lecture:

Any excuse for a bloody holiday here. Woo hoo.
Australia day has good fireworks but there is only so much flag raising and damper bread eating one can tolerate.
England could have a St Georges Day and blow off fireworks. Personally I think fireworks should be aimed at buckingham palace and hopefully the inbreds removed from power. Then have a we love holidays holiday.
