WHV for over 30s ?
I've just turned 31 and my wife and I are looking to go to Oz for 6 months or so to see what we make of it. We'd both like to get some casual work when we are over there but unfortunately I have just missed the boat on getting a WHV (my wife is under 30 so she is fine).
Having said that I read on another thread that sometimes it is possible to get a WHV even when you are over 30. Is this possible, and if so, what do I need to do to apply ? Is it just a case of filling in the usual WHV application form and sitting tight ?
If all else fails I'll just need to be a kept man while the missus works for 6 months
