Plus I'm having to make up the payments, the tenant is just about covering the mortgage, giving me an £8 profit a month, which obviously isn't a profit as I've to pay the rates, insurance and my lovely agent's fees! My tenant is paying the rent 6 months up front, so I've paid the agent for that period too, so no worries financially, housey wise, til August, fingers crossed!

Family of 4....me n my OH plus a 2 year old and 2 weeks old baby. We are planning to be in Brisbane in May...dont know where yet, once there will look for a job and accomodation.

Ha - we flip between saying if / when. Don't want to tempt fate by saying when but want to be optimistic and plan for our move to Oz.
Being welsh - there is also the joke that I need a passport to get out of Wales!
Done that an moved to Hampshire - surely only a little further to Oz?!
