Blue nose!!!! :p Hubby will be down the pub with the lads too, no doubt watching Villas usual humiliation!!

We are off to Freemantle today with friends for a mooch around those lovely markets, then take the kids to the big park. Then we'll go and have a pizza, we'll probably watch that amazing sunset over the Indian Ocean. Then we'll top the day off with a skinny capucino at the Dome cafe on the capucino strip! Fab! :D

Sunday off to Go Bananas for a b'day party :scared: then we will come back home, potter in the garden for a while, then have a webcam chat with UK rellies. An evening in front of the box accompainied by James and Andrew G (very poor substitues for Ant and Dec!) then bed!

Weather set to be around 25 degrees and rising next week! Yippee....roll on summer! Bring it on!!

I am going to go christmas shopping and get all my pressies for everyone!! No I am kidding!! I will probably do it the week before chrismas as usual!

Friday night I went out for a few drinks after work which ended up being far too many and falling into bed at 1am and now feel crap today. Partner watching the cricket - oz against the rest of the world!! and in a bit I am going to drag him off for a swim in the sea as hopefully will help clear our heads - although the weather isnt that good today but the sun is starting to come out.

Tonight we are probably going to drink some more whilst we watch the rugby league game oz v nz. All good fun!

Well,eldest son went to Northlakes,so now i just have my girls to please! we went on a bike ride down to Strathpine & picked up Cinderella on dvd & then went to hungryjacks :p good idea at the time but riding back home,up all the hills with a tum full of bacon double delux was hard work!!
Girls are now content sprawled all over the floor watching Cinderella :D

BBQ tonight with poster DMF and family, plus some Aussies, then lunch tomorrow with The Bloke's family who want to see me before I set off on my Big Adventure!

Went to The Arts Centre last night to watch some Aussie comedian. Not bad. Got up ridiculously early this morning and headed for Surfer's Rowing Club to see about taking up the sport, brekkie at Broadbeach SLSC, shopping at the new, super-sized Westfield at Helensvale! How excited was I? :D (sad I know!!!). Well, they've got a Cold Rock up here now!!!! So had ice-cream complete with Cherry Ripe, Turkish Delight and Tim Tams mashed into it at 10am!!!! Fanbloodytastic! Then as the weather wasn't too great we noseyed around all the 'open house' inspections that were going on in the local area!!!! ;) Interesting!!! Carole Smillie, get your team out here now is all I can say! (I know she doesn't present it now but I can't spell the other bloke's name!) Then cleared up the garden after the golf ball sized hailstones storm we had earlier this week, had a few well deserved Coldies and am going to take it easy tonight as hubbie cooks and will maybe crack open a lovely bottle of wine I bought earlier!! Tomorrow bbq with various people from this site. Contented. :)

Oh and cleared the dead snake (that we had obviously run over on returning home last night! :( ) from our drive this morning!!! Ok, it was only a baby but still exciting! Wish the spiders were baby versions!! :eek:

strange thing, yes it was my 1000th post then I shut down. Look again this morning and my post count has gone down to 998!! I guess the mods have been deleting threads. Never mind, I get to post my 1000th again!!!! :D
