Hi. We are going to validate PR visas in April, and if everything is OK regarding schools & work and we all get a good "gut" feel we will probably move over in Oct/Nov ready for the next school year. Looking at Sydney's southern suburbs.

Hi, we, (me hubby and our 18 month old daughter) are on our way in May 04. Cant wait. :cool: :cool: Started the process in Oct 02.

I am so sorry I didnt ethe thread as should have done ,what i meant to ask was who is going to the emigrate 2004 show at sandown racecourse on the weekend its on.
However the other ? is good so still keep on sending the dates of hopes,once again im sorry for the misunderstandind of ?.:confused: :eek: ;)

And of course being in OZ, I knew nothing about what you were really talking about :D :D I should never assume anything !! :)

Hi, we're going on Friday. Never been before. We're hoping to get some numbers and useful info on shipping etc.

Gravyman and I are going on Friday. I am hoping it will be relatively quiet as this will be the forth Emigrate that we will have been to but the first time we actually intend to speak with people!

We plan to get there mid morning and chat with the various representatives of the various states to help us to decide where we settle (assuming success with our application, of course).

We also want to discuss shipping costs with as many different firms as we can so that we can come back onto this site and ask everyone's opinion.

looks like your on the same time scale as us. we fly out to validate on the 9th april same idea as you, we had a holiday last year and thought we'd go back for a reality check prior to the big move planning oct/nov also. we have a couple of appointments set up with schools over there. where are you looking at settling? we planning Illawara valley about 90 mins from sydney.
