OMG!!!! We accepted an offer on our house today
£40k below what it was valued at 16 months ago but the way the market is at the moment it was probably the best we were gonna get. OH out of work at the min so its just dead money staying here. Hopefully we'll beable to save a bit up b4 we move over
Just hope it all goes thru now.

I have never been as stressed and fed up.
Houses around us started to sell now they have stopped.
Good luck you will get a genuine buyer soon.

Eugene, you think property is rising in value again? I can wait, and Im wondering if its best to put ours on the market near the end of this year? our visas only have a year left on them!!!!

I think Eugene meant that if you could wait for 10 years then "property" will recover it's 2007 "value". Read www.housepricecrash.co.uk. (or globalhousepricecrash for the Ozzie news)
