We reckon we got ours cause someone at DIMA needs a bathroom fitted!

I must admit - we were blessed in our visa grant so quickly, especially as we had further medical checks requested and specialist reports carried out.

I have a funny feeling that 17th September will be good to you.

WHY ON EARTH WOULD YOU SELL UP BEFORE KNOWING YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED YOUR VISA'S????? Not a risk I would take. Best of luck though.

We're well into the selling process - should be homeless in a couple of weeks if all goes to plan LOL :D . I don't see it as a problem, can't wait to go and we're not going to hang around till we get the visa and then hang around some more to sell the house (possiby even more stressful than the visa process...). Sod that!! We're off ASAP :D

Sorry guys, getting a little hyper over here. I'm not usually like this. Nothing usually bothers me but not knowing is DOING MY HEAD IN!!!

Hopefully exchange contracts in the next two weeks and nearly ALL my furniture has been sold on ebay. Bit premature I know but what the hell, it's done now.

Had a restless night last nite and my dream was along the lines of 'homeless with no visa'

Aaaaarghhh. What have I done???

Try keeping me off it geez. At this rate I'll have sclerosis off the liver BEFORE I get there. Was my 40th on Sunday and I had, possibly, more alcohol in one evening than I've EVER had before in my life.
Anybody tried Norsk (sp?) vodka by Smirnoff? It's flavoured with Norwegian bluberries and is absolutely gorgeous.

WE HAVE APPLIED FOR A 136 SKILLED INDEPENDANT,ON MODL, APP' ACK' 27/03/06 AND FINALLY GOT A CASE OFFICER LAST WEEK :) SHE ASKED FOR A FEW EXTRA BITS TO BE SENT WHICH WE DID ON MONDAY, ONLY TO BE TOLD CO HAD GONE ON HOLS FOR A FORTNIGHT ON FRIDAY :mad: SO WILL NOW HAVE TO TRY SOME OF YOUR VODKA TO GET US THRO THE NEXT FEW WEEKS, ESPECIALLY AS OH WILL TOO BE 40 NEXT SUNDAY.

SOZ, but we have a maaaaaaaaaaasifffffff thunder storm goin on here and i cant hear myself type ;) There is also a lot of noise from our lounge because of some football match on the telly... I think there from up your way somewhere!
