WHERE TO VERIFY QUALIFICATIONS IN BRISBANE?
 

Cheers in advance for any replies.
Myself and my Wife have our visa's in place and I am a Gasfitter, could anyone tell me the procedure for obtaining verification etc of my English qualifications, and how to have them recognised in QLD?

The main office is on Vulture Street in Brisbane on the bottom floor.
When you hand in your quals they may give you an interveiw straight away, which happened to me. Just asked what type of work etc i'd been doing in the uk. If not, i've heard that they are bringing out a test? If you get the full type A licence you can work on any domestic appliances etc, if you have a commercial licence you will also get a type B licence. Costs have gone up since i got mine 4 years ago, then it was $150 for 5 years.
