We had ours done in Hitchin - nice place just don't forget to bring two passport sized photographs with you! We forgot ours and had to trawl around Hitchen finding some!

Hitchin is much nicer than St Albans. All in one place (private hospital) instead of crummy old General Hospital for the xrays and then round the corner to surgery for the meds. Not much difference in price either.

Dr Stanley (if it's still him) is lovely, bit daft but really nice

Ditto, we saw Dr Stanley at the Pinehill hospital, really nice place, nurses with a GSOH!
