We got our visa and have booked tickets to go to sydney in march(validation visit).We also plan to go to melbourne what would the best suburbs be for a young couple to settle down in melbourne? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well done on getting the visa .have a look at Brit vics, it is a site just for vic & has a faq for suburbs. lots of helpful ex pats log on tell u what the go is. I personally recommend the outer east suburbs very green, loads wildlife, cheaper housing, approx 1 hour train trip into cbd etc
