Where is the Latest 47sk form??

Where is the Latest 47sk form??
The au-immigrn site says the latest 47sk form which is out in July 2003 will be put on site in nov - BUT the 47sk form out there on the site already has the footer as the 'design date of july 2003'?
Then can i take that form to be the latest 47sk form and apply?
How will i know when It'll be up??
I believe in Nov - they again might change their rules/form... so when will that nov form come up??

I wondered the same thing but the form currently on there is definitely an updated version of the one I printed off in April so I reckon you're ok to use the one showing at the moment - then it will be updated in November!
That's what I'm going with anyway!
