Default Where has it been raining for 6 weeks

I know this is an odd question, but here goes.

Where in Australia has it been raining for the last 6 weeks. I am told this is unusual for this time of the year?

I am just trying to identify a region/area to locate someone.

Please please help!

Cheers
J

I think its up around north NSW or QLD. Its definetly not Melbourne, haven't seen rain here for weeks.
Probably saving it for your visit.

Thanks Bill,

Wished it had been Mel, but hey ho.

No complaints. The plants come so much alive, the roses are budding .... some things do come free, after all.

It would be here. I had to wait 3 weeks to cut the grass, cos every day at some point it would rain, usually as I was pulling the lawnmower out. Eventually got it cut last friday, and then it rained as I was putting the lawnmower away. And its rained at some point every day since.

Even yesterday, when the forecast was 'fine' in rained all afternoon. Forecast for today is 'fine' also, lets see how much rain we get

JTL

Oh yeah, this is the *dry* season

I never said it was warm, but we do have sunshine. Sure beats Scottish weather though.

No complaints here either - however some people do seem to have nothing better to do than whinge about it .
