Where to get forms to reseal Oz Probate in UK?

Hi Guys

I have to reseal my Australian Probate in the UK to be able to release some UK funds.

I know solicitors offer this service, however I did my own Probate here in Oz and it cost me $250. I know this is a simple process, I just cant find the actual forms.

From what I can see, if you don't use a UK solicitor you will have to contact the Probate Office direct for instructions. Here's a list of UK probate offices with emails. Suggest you try head office first.

I thought probate was something that occurred after you are dead.

NB: Yes, probate is something you do when someone dies, it is my husbands
