where do i send them?
Hi everyone just need to ask, i've booked my meds unrequested for 13th june got my acknowledgement march so im now just sending off police checks, where do i send them too when i get them back? does anyone have the address 
and do i need to put my ref no on them aswell? any help appreciated.

in the cost that they quote you ( your not allowed to have them after the docs filled them in )
yes you will need your case file number for the medical forms which can be downloaded

Meds will be sent off by the doctor. The number you should put on them will look something like CLF2006/12345, this should be on your acknowledgement from DIMA.
