Default Where do I advertise Brisbane flat rental?

Have broken the lease (so now paying double rent!) and despite being advertised by managing agents nothing in our building moving (5 flats available between 700 pw and 850 pw)
We're happy to take a hit and offer incentive by paying 2 weeks rent so any ideas on how we could advertise this would be appreciated.
Have looked on Gumtree but probably not the market for this flat.
Thank you for any suggestions.

Apart from outside agencies, you could always try the Classifieds on here and then put the link to it in your signature. You never know your luck

Thanks both. Just contacted realestate.com and they won't take anything from a private person...agency only, darn.

Courier mail classifieds - always been a good place to look for private rentals, sub-letts etc etc (cheaper when theres no agency in the middle). It used to be the #1 port of call for anyone looking for accomodation but thats probably been superceded these days by realestate.com.au... Still worth checking out
