"Where are all the pubs?" says my dad!!
My parents are over here visiting at the moment and my dad couldn't help noticing that there aren't many pubs in Perth. He lived in Sydney back in 1965 and said there were loads of victorian type pubs around, where are they all here in Perth?
We looked on the internet at pubs in Sydney and there they all were, even the ones he visited as a young trendy dude in the 60's!!!!! There were loads, then we looked at Melbourne and they had loads too!!!!
It seems that Perth either knocked all theirs down (maybe the Salvation army had something to do with it!!) or they never had any!!!!!!???????
I just knew I should have gone East!!!!
