just wondering when to put house on market sounds a but stupid but The tra has came through positive and will be sending DIMA off in next couple of weeks its the timing thingy again is it ok and get ur hopes up now or should you wait abit???

sold house in october
moving out soon to mother inlaws house

we sold our house as soon as we started the application, thinking it would take a while to sell, it sold in 5 days and we have been in rented ever since!
however its one less thing to sell!

we sent application off via agency in Sep, house went up 4 sale in sept sold in oct moved out into rented 2 days b4 xmas!!!!!!!! mad i know but after all this waiting didn't want 2 b held back by selling a house, if it's a no from dimia can always buy another house here, but have now got money in bank and can go within a month of a yes, if your a risk taker like me just do it

We didnt put house on market till after visa grant ,has gone under offer practically straight away ,but wish had done a bit earlier as hate knowing i could go but have to wait for house sale ,its really frustrating.

Difficult question we waited till got visa because if we werent going to oz we would not have wanted to move out of here. Got visa now and just put house on the market i'm glad we waited as i am worry about things but OH wishes we could just go now instead of having to validate ( is a bit of a waste of money but thats just how its worked out for us.) Its up to you and how fast houses are selling in your area its slow around our area at the moment. If you are not in a rush then wait but if your very eager to go as soon as you get the visa put it up now. Do you need to do any house doctoring as you could start all that now. Good luck with whatever you decide anyway.:
