Tracey - you asked so here comes the rant:

Still really quiet on the viewings front. Had about 20 viewings between late October and late November then it was dead for about 6 weeks. Got an offer in Jan but it fell through coz they decided not to move afterall (Or at least that was their story) Have had about 3 viewings since and as many cancelled viewings (the ones that cancel at the last minute when you have spent the best part of a day putting everything straight) and one or two that just didn't bother turning up. Do you get the impression that I am a bit p*ssed off with the whole thing?

But hey, at least the garden looks pretty - when it's not too damp and foggy to see it that is!

Hanging in there for a sale then Sydney here we come. . . .

20 degrees at Warrnambool on the West coast of Victoria. A nice sunny day but a bit too cold to go swimming.

Actually it might be funny to have two lots of business cards. Pokey tongue smiley cards and nice business cards.

You can give pokey tongue smiley cards for sh*tty customers. They'd be no wiser...lol

When we went to Great Ocean Road in November it was really cold near Loch Ard Gorge (8 degrees). But later in Geelong it was 25 degrees, and 34 in Melbourne.

Weather can change dramatically in that area.
